Correction for new summary 21

My apologies I was testing out the scheduled post feature substack has and it appears to have posted a draft and not the final draft of the article. I have restored the file to the correct draft so if you click on the link to substack you should now be able to see the updated version (Your email will only have the unfinished version). Apologies once again for the inconvenience.
